I have known Dr. Adeel Riaz since he joined our KAUST operation as Consultant Family physician in 2013. He was later on offered the role of the Chief of Staff at KAUST Health in 2014 and he has led the operation since then. His dedication and passion toward the success of KAUST Health is undeniable.  Since we took over the operations in KAUST, he has helped shape KAUST Health in to a modern and stable ambulatory health center offering world class services to the KAUST community. He has also led the KH team to their first Joint Commission International Accreditation.

He shares the same Fakeeh vision of being the best healthcare provider in the Kingdom. Dr. Adeel’s management style is contemporary; a combination of different attributes and flexibility. He always welcomes new concepts from his team to let their own creativity flourish, but remains in control of the situation. I have full trust in his decision making and his approach in keeping the organization as where it is now. Everyone in this company has nothing but respect and admiration for Dr. Adeel. He is loved by many including his patients; who are constantly giving positive feedbacks to him as their Family Medicine doctor, and commended by many of his staff and his colleagues.

Dr. Adeel is an exemplary Chief of Staff.  This young leader has a lot of things to offer. I always wish him success; as the Chief of Staff of KAUST and for his future undertakings.

Dr Riaz has been working with us at the Primary Care Assessment Covid Red Site in Aston since July 2020 (SWB CCG). He has been conducting a mixture of face to face base and visiting shifts with great dedication and professionalism. He is clearly a very competent clinician and has demonstrated his clinical and communication skills to a very high, proficient level.
